CheeseFest delivers a brie-lliant event

CheeseFest, which took place 19–20 October, proved to be an extraordinary celebration of flavour and culture, showcasing the remarkable diversity of our state through an impressive selection of local cheeses paired with exquisite wine.
Among the highlights was the series of Great Wine Capital masterclasses, with the Munda Wines masterclass a standout. This was led by Pauly Vandenbergh who told compelling stories that emphasised the connection between Aboriginal culture and winemaking. Excitingly, Pauly was also announced as PIRSA's newest Food, Wine and Agribusiness Ambassador.
Throughout the weekend, CheeseFest successfully showcased the diversity of South Australia's offerings, encouraging visitors to explore regional wineries and culinary destinations – while strengthening the ties between food, wine and cultural heritage – making it a significant occasion in the South Australian calendar.
